It's not lyrics in music that makes me cry, it's simply music that I find inspirational. Instrumental/electronic music is what's done it for me. It doesn't make me sad or anything and there honestly no way for me to explain it; it just happens. And I kind of like it.

It's most intriguing how different we all are. A track like this would all but put me into an emotional state; it hypes me up more than anything.

The Mahler mentions made me think of the Adagietto from his 5th symphony. Doesn't necessarily make me cry but I think it might have when I first heard it about 35 years ago. Brilliant and profound piece of music.
