I was wondering if you have any music recommendations for a Tool/A Perfect Circle fan. I would like to expand my music library and would like some new artists.

Definately agree with Isis - Panopticon is especially good. In a similar vein you may like Earthtone9 - possibly a little heavier than Tool in places, but I think you may like them. You may also enjoy the darker side of post rock - bands like Godspeed you Black Emperor and possibly Mogwai too (if you aren't already into such things). If you like that and want some other post rock recommendations then let me know.
