I got a pair of the planar version. I like them but they are too dry for my tastes. I will eventually open them and replace the pure silver wiring with neotech occ copper.

I own the E1000 as well. It is a great set. Sounds full and resolved. Not as fast but good enough especially if paired with a fast amp.
