Muse DA20 Enough to power Audio Engine P4 desktop speakers?

I was wondering if this Dac with usb input would be enough to power a Audio engine P4

They say they need 10-125W per channel, so would these ouput atleast 15W a channel?
I cant find any info on wattage and am a bit of a noob when it comes to voltage. Im not looking to blast these speakers but just at a reasonable level.

The DAC does not include an amplifier so will only output a fixed line level signal of about 1V - 2V not sufficient to power passive speakers. You will need an intervening speaker amplifier
