With the release of Creative's new quad core sound card, and SPL's Phonitor, i cant help but think that multiple cores would be great to have a dedicated thread in the sound card's software simply for controlling stereo crosstalk. as someone who switches between 5.2 surround sound and a pair of headphones, i cant help but be put off by the lack of options to make headphones sound natural. the positioning on my dt 770 pro 80s is very good, but there is always an awkard point when rotating a camera in a game where sound is completely in one ear and not the other ear, and it just sounds awkward. But my main concern, of course, is the implications in music. There are some songs i feel just plain NEED this to happen. what do you guys think?
