Is there a decent switcher that can take 2 inputs and give 2 outputs that isn't some crazy stereo system? I want to connect my pc and a turntable as my inputs, then have the option to use both on my powered speakers and headphones.

I looked long and hard for one was almost going to make my own but found the Beresford TC-7220 which was exactly what I was looking for.

I think that's exactly what I need, I'm dumb when it comes to cables.  Can I get RCA to banana plugs adapters and use this with my RCA devices?  Or if I can't find any, just make my own cables?

Yes but this box is made for sitting between amps and speakers/headphones where rca connectors are rarely used however it should still work fine.

I just thought of something.  So I don't have to worry about speaker/line level problems with that device, how about I get 2 boxes, one splitter such as the schiit sys to take 2 inputs, then a splitter, then control which input i use with the sys, then which output with the second box.  If this is a decent idea, what should the second device be?  I don't really want some super cheap piece of plastic preferably, but nothing insane either.
