Need a headphone for home recording/entertainment and outdoor/commuting use. Good isolation is not as much important as reasonable for portable use size although more than welcome. Im listening to many gendres but mostly guitar based music so Im looking for sharp and detailed mids. Not considering myself a basshead or a treblehead i wouldnt mind deep tight bass and detailed trebles too. When it comes to comfort i would rather sound quality over it.
After reading loads of threads, reviews and opinions im finally stuck somewhere between:
ATH-ES7/ATH-ESW9
Ultrasone HFI-780/Pro 750
Sennheiser HD25-1 II
I guess it wouldn't be better to get an IEM since isolation isnt all that important would it?
Anyway i decide to give headphones a chance this time.
Im either ready to pay bit more for a good reason or happy to pay less for better bang for the buck
Would be glad to see you add something to the list as well
