Hi I have a really old pair of Shure E4c that I have recently dug out & started using.
The need some new foams but are also feeling a bit tired (the wires feel fragile etc)

So I'm looking at something bang up to date.

I like the ide of Bluetooth (sorry if that's swearing) but not totally against wired.

The Soundcore range seems VFM

So with a budget of say £100 (UK) maybe a bit more for something special what are people's recommendations?

Thanks

If you also need a Bluetooth receiver (this does not have a Bluetooth transmitter and will not play to Bluetooth headphones/in-ears), then you can also get the Shanling UP4 and this 2.5mm balanced cable should fit the Kinera linked above to go just above your budget in total:

Lastly, if you need a cheap Bluetooth transmitter:

With Amazon Prime sale on at the moment , I've had another look at the cheaper IEMs
I've noticed Truthears are getting good feedback for the money, so where do I go? Hola , Hexa or something else

If you're not averse to the idea of buying used/refurbished some of the better rated bluetooth models of current or previous generations (for instance https://crinacle.com/guide/tws/ ) are often found for low prices.

Good way to dip toes into the TWS waters. Although the lifespan of those things can be quite brief, so if you're hoping for something to last ages like the e4c I'd stick to wired- there are various types of aftermarket bluetooth dongles you can use with wired headphones if you want more freedom of movement.
