1. What is the most powerful (output mW) Portable DAP 2019?

It isn’t that simple, but since you are asking a simple question then I would answer, that every new generation DAP are very powerful. On the not so simple side of things, it is the matter and relation between voltage swings and current output vs output impedance at specific load and of the industrial standard of 1000Hz...which can lead down a rabbit hole real quick

SP2000, Dx220+Amp8, Cayin N8....etc...

transportable : Kann Cube, DMP-Z1 which has 1.5W + 1.5W on high-gain

under $200? Not sure, but if under $400 then I would recommend DX160

I do understand that my question was foolishly simple and that nothing ever is as easy as "the most powerful".
(Most powerful of what?)

I did read up a little on different output power measurements... and even though I didn't quite understand all of it... I realized that I need to change my questioning.

1. I'm on the lookout for a powerful dap that play music better than my Samsung S8.

2. I mainly listen to Glitch Hop, Chiptune, Dubstep, Brostep (on the bus).

3. And the price range is a round $200.

(A quality DAC and Amp I can get at home. So on the bus with all surrounding noise, I want efficient Power/$, over sound quality, this time).
