Putting aside neutrality and accuracy for a moment, what iem that you own gives you the most fun sound signature? Which iem makes you just feel good when you listen to music with them?

Until I got the DBA-02, the NE-7M always gave what I'd consider a fun SQ - like sitting in the best seat of the audience in a really good, small concert venue. Now with the DBA-02, there's just music in and around my head with no sense of the IEM intruding.

My answer would probably go to the e-Q7. I've had them the longest compared to the DBA 02 and Coppers are they are quite the enjoyable phone.

The fun factor of the IE8 is what always makes me gravitate towards them despite owning alternatives that may be more accurate and less warm. If I may, fun for  me does not necessarily mean a forward, treble centric or "bassy" sound. As such my opinion is that there is a slight difference between "'fun" and "exciting". Of all the IEMs I've owned I have found the IE8 to be the most fun. From my rather brief moment with them, the JVC FX700s were perhaps the most exciting.

I like neutral with a side of bass thump, triple.fi style. That is damn fun. Too much bass gets all over my music, that's no fun, too little bass robs music of its body and impact, that's no fun either.
