The D303 gets my vote for most detailed line out. The D-515 is also very nice. The D-626 is ultra rare.

Along with the ones mentioned above by Purk, the D-321 and D-465 also sounds good and both have digital output. Both D-321 and D-465 can be had for a decent price compare to the over hyped and over priced D-555 (aka DZ-555) which also has a digital output.

Yes, and this model was manufacturered in 1993 or 1994. Pretty impressive isn't? I have one and it sounds very good.

Yup, I currently own 2 D-626 and agree with Purk that they sound quite good. Unfortunately both of my remotes doesn't seem work as there might be a problem with the remote's receiver within the PCDP. The D-626 in one of Sony's rarerest vintage PCDP and prices for one command accordingly.

The CD3400 is supposed to be one of the best PCDP to be used as a transport.
