Since you mentioned Amazon.it I assume you are Italian. If not, just read the .com version: return policy is the same. Basically you should just pay the return shipping fee. I didn't even pay that though, don't know if that's because I have Prime subscription.
Anyways, if you want a detachable cable I must warn you that unfortunately the A73 doesn't have one. I don't know other IEM with a comparable value proposition as A73s with a detachable cable. If anything comes to my mind I'll be glad to inform you

I want a detachable cable because last two iems are broken on the jack or have issues on the cable
