I usually like to fall asleep to music while my significant other watches TV, so I need to use headphones.

My main problem is I sleep on my side, so one ear is pushed against the pillow, which with my current cheap earbuds ends up hurting my ear after awhile.

Anyone know of any headphones that would be more comfortable to sleep with?

I'm more concerned about price than quality (to a point, of course), but if you can recommend something that won't hurt or fall out of my ears while I'm falling asleep, I'd really appreciate it!

I'd say PFE if the cable didn't seem to have issues with body oils.

The klipsch image x10 has to be one of the best for sleeping in. They are already super comfortable, and since they do not stick out of your ears, great for sleeping.
