Personally I find comply tips to be more comfortable than the silicone tips which are typically bundled with iems. Go to complyfoam.com -> Tip Finder -> you will then find a selectioin of tips that are compatible with your Razer Adaro.
Comply are comfortable but I find that they can change the sound a little too much. a good choice nonetheless.
If you're interested in silicon tips, then spinfits are probably the top choice hands down. They have a pretty cool sort of adjusting mechanism. Ortofon tips are also very good!
I find silicon ear tips the most comfortable omce for me. Personal preference. Foam once irritate me after a few minutes and I have to take them out. I found a company from Hungery called Mandarin eartips. They are excellent. They fit me like a glove and they have hybrid once as well. Can't wear them either.. They have a decent price, not to expensive. But quality is top notch.
I just got a 72 variety pack for $8 and it's a lot easier to get a good fit with a selection to try from. I also use Sonicfoam tips, but the sound for me is usually best with silicone ones, also much easier to keep clean. https://www.ebay.com/itm/394637154631
