I have APD (auditory processing disorder) I can't filter voices in a room(like a restaurant) from the surrounding clutter of other sounds very well.
I see three categories of earbud/iem, Construction focused, Music-Consumer focused, and Shooting/Tactical focused... but no one is comping across these categories.
I tried some shooting focused buds, and were impressed with the filtering... but now I don't know what else to try... and there is a eF ton of products across the board.

Please share some experiences / opinions / directions on what to try next please?

Comfort is important of course, I have small ears. Bluetooth is near mandatory... but I could live with out it if it meant a better experience for my needs.

The Samsung Galaxy buds live had an ambient mode you can adjust for, and they're really sleek and made for smaller ears. I think those are the ones worth trying.
