Monster Turbine Cable Problems

So after around 50 days of ownership with my Turbines, the left driver has started fizzling, and I don't know why. I put them in the case all the time, they haven't been snagged on anything.

The cable only works in a certain position. Should I go claim my warranty from Monster now?

Also, does someone have new recommendations on what new IEMs i can use that are of a similar price range to the turbines? I hear the PFE are pretty good, but I live in Canada, and I can't seem to get them here.

Just call up Monster and ask for a replacement. I'm sure if it's still under warranty, they'll help you out.

yeah, that is annoying. ive had that happen with a different earphone i owned but i was stupid and did not phone them! i just left it an decided not to buy from the company again: my big loss.

i think the new pro version is supposed to have better strain relief, a slider, clip, beefier cable and a right-angle plug (finally).
