looking for something similar to the MGTP IEM's in a headphone, deep bass, full sound around the $200 price point.

Very good bass and full sound (though lacking a little in treble extension,) can be had with the Klipsch Image X10. I have briefly listened to a MTPG, would say that I like the Klipsch Image X10 better, even though it has less bass quantity, because with an EQ, I can bump up the quantity, and it will be higher quality.

The GR07, Klipsch Image X5, Sony XBA3 and UETF10Pro are great buy under this price range and all offers deep punchy bass with detailed mids and highs.
