I noticed Monoprice is selling better ear pads for the 8323's. Has anyone tried these or are there better pads out there that fit these headphones?

These Beyer pads are a perfect fit for the 8323; although they cost as much as the headphone itself.

Since the Monoprice 8323's are a re-brand of the Kicker HP541's, I'd imagine that any pads that fit those headphones would work as well. 
 
I don't have any suggestions, but it might broaden your prospects a little if you included the HP541 pads in your hunt.
