We have a 30 day money back guaranty on the products we sell. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee but that is negotiable before the sale. Call us and we can always discuss this ahead of the purchase. We do not offer a 30 day or any return on IEMs or other in ear products. This for obvious reasons of health.
