Hi all,
New to this forum so please bare with me!  I'm interested in a new amp/dac and have narrowed it down to either the Chord Mojo or Meridian Explorer 2.  I'm sure the Chord is better, but will I notice a big difference?  I'll be using Sony MDR-Z7 as my main headphones.  Thanks in advance for your input!

The Mojo is a seriously good DAC amp. It is good as a lot of desktop DAC's. I have not heard the Meridian so I can't comment on that. Will you be able to hear the difference only you will know that. I can't tell a big difference in DAC's unless you step way up in price the difference between the Teac UD-301 and the Yggdrasil was substantial but so was the price.

Thanks for the input. I just wonder if my headphones are resolving enough to make it worth it to go for the Mojo.
