I got the special edition version (with the DVD) but I haven't watched it yet because I've been listening so much

I thought the first 4 tracks (especially 1 and 2 were brilliant. It took a couple of play throughs but its all growing on me.

Only negitives are:

1. Bit too short for my tastes would have liked to have seen some longer tracks on there
2. Before the release people said it was going to go back to the loud days on "young team" but I don't hear anything that aggressive on the CD. EDIT well except for maybe track 10, lots of aggression there!

Still, another solid album from mogwai. The first few tracks are good enough for me

not to say the rest is rubbish just the first few are cracking!

well im kind of a mogwai geek, and i have to say that i absolutely love the new record.
you could critizise that it isnt much innovative, but who cares? its on the high standards of the mogwai universe!

the first 2 tracks are amazing, aswell as the rest of the record. (maybe track 3 and 4 are a bit boring)
just listen to this wonderful melody of "Friend of the Night"
I could drown in this piano...

and We´re no Here, wow what an ending!
