I'd like to do a "quarter mod" on the SR60 pads - that is, cutting a circle in the pads for more treble. I believe the sound is better.

However, the one time I did this, it worked - but the cut was kind of ragged. Is there a really good way of making this cut so it's perfectly circular? My X-Acto knife didn't do the trick.

I've tried it lot of times, but i wasn't successful.
You can reverse the pads, but then it is better to buy some HD414 pads from Sennheiser and mod them (quarter and reverse). Otherwise you can buy flat-pads from ttvj (it is rather the same as quarter-modded comfies).
