Im assuming that it would not be possible, but some CIEMs have ambient noise ports so I was thinking maybe it could be done by utilizing something like that.
Also wondering if its possible to reshell bluetooth enabled IEMs or if there was someway to extract the bluetooth electronics from a pair and incorporate them into a pair of CIEMs.
Don't really expect the answer to be yes but just curious if anyone has toyed with some of these things.
