Hello, i was thinking about modding my DT770 PROs and i would like mod recomendations. Also here is what i want to do. If you got part any recomendations feel free to write them.

Replacing earpads, would a leather earpad would work well with DT770s? If yes i picked a few.

Replacing the headband. here a few i found.

Dekoni:

Turbulant labs: (they have many colours)

Replaceble cable mod.

I don't know where to start, i don't really like that the dt770s have a fixed cable and i would like to remove that cable to something else. Maybe a mini XLR connector? Any ideas? I have the 250Ohm version.

Hey there,

regarding replaceable cable mod definatelly check Jason from Custom cans. He explains it very well and on Custom cans you can also buy kit for that so you do not need to buy bits and pieces one by one.

Link for KIT itself

Regarding other i can´t help unfortunately i need to try some Dekoni pads for my own.
