Did some searching and found a couple interesting threads regarding modding the e2c tube and the dissection, hilarious.
Enlighten me on "Kramer Modding"
I bought em for my zune, wasnt satisfied.
Took some time to get the smallest foamies "broken in" to be easier to squeeze, then rush em into my head. All the other ear canal pieces are too large and easily fall out with a slight movement of my head. Ive got kinda small ear so placement and fitment of these things are truly a pain.
Im wondering other than the tube trim, what else can i do to round down the casing of these for better sitting in my ear? Feel free to post pictures, etc
I am skilled with a dremel and a hardcore diy'er as well...
The sound is like... muffled, dunno if thats because of the little sticker-filter thing used to block earwax or not.. im guessing the tube mod will help that.
Also, has anyone trimmed down the foamies in any way for better fitting?? I was thinking of giving one a quick twirl on the dremel stone to round it down some... but dunno if itll work
