Anyone else do this firmware update to the MM-1?
 
Only thing I noticed is a better remote control response...

Most of the new MM-1s already have updated firmware. I have an older MM-1 and a newer one.
 
The only thing I noticed when I updated the firmware is when you hit mute the speakers actually go into standby and the preamp is shut off, whereas before you could still hear the speakers were on with the tweeters hissing.

I had a older unit, didn't notice that though.  Good to know, i never liked the blinking blue light.
