Hi guys!

First of all, I´m starting in this world, trying to learn something new everyday, but the more I know the more questions I have. New at the forum too btw!

I have been searching a lot for information about my problem, but I´m a mess right now, so here I go:

My current set up is two monitors, a subwoofer and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 Ohms as headphones, all connected directly to my pc.

I want to get:
-2 channels imput signal regulated independently if possible, one from my pc (its gonna be the main) and another from a tv (to listen the tv throught the monitors or headphones)
-2 channels output regulated (independently if possible), one for the monitors and the another for the subwoofer (so I can get plain sound with just the monitors or add some extra bass when I desire it)
-A regulated headphone output

My questions is about mixers, DAC/Amps and audio interfaces.

Dont know how I can get what I want or if is even possible or on the other hand it´s a terrible idea.

With my knowledge and the information I have learned I planned to drive the signal from my pc to a DAC/Amp combo (don´t know if is best here to add an audio interface or a headphone amp), connect my headphones to it, and use the output of the DAC/Amp to make an in at a mixer, where the monitors and the sub are connected.
The tv will be connected directly to other in channel at the mixer (doesnt mind the tv sound would be worse, just for some movies or entertaiment)

So the final would be PC>DAC/Amp (headphones connected here)>mixer>monitors and sub

Have thougt about getting a Fiio E10K or maybe a Magni+Modi (too expensive for me haha) as DAC/Amp combo and a Behringer Xenyx 302 mixer.

So like that the signal from my pc (main signal) would be depured and amplified to the headphones and just depured to the mixer?

Should I change something?, Use an audio interface for all (like Focusrite Scarlett 2i4)?

What´s the difference between and audio interface and a DAC/Amp combo?

I just made a mess, maybe that questions are a little stupid, but for me are unclear.

Sorry for my bad English and huge thanks to everybody!

An Audio Interface and external DAC/amp do have somethings in common.
Both usually have digital audio inputs and analog outputs
But DAC/amps do not normally come with analog input (like for a mic).
(USB sound cards have analog line-inputs)
DAC/amps are more meant for listening to audio, like for the enjoyment.
Audio Interfaces are more for audio production and audio editing.

Thanks for the aclarance, so for my setup would be better a DAC/Amp + a little mixer?

I guess some kind of mixer might help you do what you want.
But the setup you want is beyond my knowledge on how to do it.
