Is this pretty safe / straight forward website? Anything to be aware of?

I use bhiner myself for buying from taobao since they're one of the only few agents who accepts payment with Paypal. Their fees and exchange rate seem to be more expensive than mistertao though, and it takes almost twice as long for them to ship the item to you compared to buying from aliexpress.
