I did that too when my local Target decided to clear out its Sony MD blanks.

sometimes if I feel like it. The sound is so much better than from the iPod. But it's less convenient due to size restrictions on the discs Even the HiMD doesn't hold enough for my music and carrying multiple discs with me is a bit cumbersome.
