I'm looking for some small IEMs, need to have microphone too. Recently got this one https://audiobudget.com/product/Kailuhong/AR-3001 .sounds really decent for the price and size, good construction and pretty large soundstage too but it's lacking some details and clarity. I was looking at the Final Audio E3000 as it seem to be well balanced with good soundstage and bass. Not sure I want to go with a full range BA due to the lackluster bass . Any uder recommendations for around $50?

Do you mean small driver housings or a small-bore nozzle structure? Do you have small ear canals or small ears?

Small housing and small bore. I have small ears too. I need a small, inconspicuous IEM. I have many IEMs but none are small, except the 3001 which I recently bought and found it quite useful

Klipsch X11i--maybe check it out. It is very small and sounds fairly good. Price is a bit higher than you were looking for, though.

Theres some Chi-Fi IEM's for around that budget, check out the thread. The MEMT X5 is extremely small and sounds decent for its size/price point. (Very good bass)

Those seem to be worse than E3000. Anything better than E3000?
