That's barely > cost of parts for a high performance build + shipping. I think it's ~$95 for the build (I could easily be wrong). Sounds like it's unused. Has the non-plastic end plates. It's a nice deal.

If you didn't hear, Rockhopper suspended orders some time ago for this amp. While MisterX can build one too, he does so on commission. This Mini³ is already completed, waiting to be bought!
