one of the tube lost the led light; one on the right is green and the other one is just light. and one side, i think right side, lost its sound. it just sounds statical or so..

what could possibly gone wrong?
everything seems to sit in right place, to my eyes

Try swapping the tubes around and see if the problem follows.

i dont think its the tube. i tried swapping but didnt resolve.

It sounds like something has come loose or something has fried. Can you make some measurements on the board - V+, TA2L, TA2R, TB1L, TB2L, TB1R, TB2R? Can you take some detailed pics of the board? Maybe someone can spot something that came loose?
