Hi all,
I have a microZOTL + Beyer Dynamic DT1990 combination (which sounds awesome), but in silence period I hear sometimes a crackling static in one channel, unplugging and plugging back the headphone fixes this, but after some time the static comes back. The DT 1990 has a 3.5 mm plug and a 6.35 mm adapter. I never hear static with my old vintage DT990 which has a 6.35 mm plug. I also don't hear static if I use the DT 1990 directly at the DAC. I am a bit clueless whether it the amp (still under warranty) or the headphone or the combination of 6.35->3.25 adapter and amp. Has anyone here had the same problem?
