My Klipsch X-10's sound nice and cancel noise well. But don't even think about moving or thunder comes up through the cord. Are all IEM's that seat firmly in your ears and block out noise similar in this regard? I would like to get a nice set of high end IEM's but it would also be nice to minimize this effect. My budget is 400 or so. That be the sweet spot for regular headphone price to performance in my experience...
