Thinking of getting these for my pc setup. http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microlab-solo7c-110watt-20-high-fidelity-bookshelf-speakers-wooden-finish-with-remote-control
Are they too big to use for this use? I'll be about 20-30 inchs away from them for the majority of times on top of my desk.
Secondly, can someone recommend a sub that would go well with these as I like a bass that you can "feel" in games and movies. Budget is about £100-£200.

P.S they are active speakers with 2x RCA inputs
