Apparently the bassist extraordinare, ex-Fates Warning drummer, and relatively unknown Gordian Knot contributor have a band called At War With Self, with sole release Torn Between Dimensions from 2005.

Anything with Manring on it is pretty much guaranteed to be

, but has anybody heard this?
