Is there a mic on UM3X>??? if not is there a diy to take from original iphone earhones?? as I am thinking to buy these to listen on my iPhone 4S.

No mic on UM3x... not sure if DIY would be possible

I have one and it is pretty good.

Edit: I don't have an iPhone but it works fine with my HTC Android phone.
