I have Senn HD-600 headphones and am looking to buy a new MG Head amp.
First, what are the differences between these two amps, and which is the best one to use with my headphones?
Second, what would be a good price, each one of these, if bought from an authorized dealer?
Lastly, is there a problem with buying a dealer demo at a good discount versus buying a brand new one(I have no experience with tubed components)?

I'm not sure about the regular MG Head DT but I bought my MG Head DT OTL from Earphoria (http://www.jeffssoundvalues.com/) for $310 a few weeks ago.

I'm not sure the MG Head DT is still available. I think the OTL replaced it. Either way they are both great matches for you phones.
