For those of you that have or had the MF X-can V2 I was wondering do you know what kind of regulated power supply I should upgrade to? I don't feel like paying 200 or more for the MF dedicated power supply so I was thinking of going to radioshack and buying one of their regulated ones. I was wondering how much more powerful it should be? I read somewhere that the x-can v2 original power supply is insufficient(not enough power). The specs for the original one is 12v 500mA.

hmm searched on google and looks like there used to be a hosfelt ault one that was 12v 4.5A that was popular but they no longer sell anything like that. Mr.arroyo recommended one that was 12v 1.5A might have to go with that if no one else suggests one.

The only one I have been able to locate has been the 1.5A by Jameco, which at under $10 is one heck of a deal.

Besides that all that is left is an MF unit or the much better one from PinkFLoyd. Unfortunetly both are about $200. Good luck.
