i'm guessing it could be the detachable cable? if so, what cable would you guys recommend me to get to replace?

or could it be some other issue?

i realize that i can just order a replacement of the same cable, but was just coming here to see if anyone has a recommendation of a boutique supplier/manufacturer that has good quality cables/cabling.

i do not however know how to do it myself if i were to buy the wiring.

I've got a pair of the 88s with which I never did anything.  They might work better than your current pair.  I'll give 'em to you for a really low price.  IM me if you're interested.

Have solved that problem? Cuz I got the same problem which u have.

You should try and contact the company. Maybe they'll replace it as they did with mine. However, mine had issues right out of the box.
Good luck!
