Here is your happy solution. Sell your Elite for $2500. Buy another $4000 headphone used for $2500 Which you might like the sound signature better. Problem solved.

Also, you said it yourself, ZMF held their value very well.
So, give me another one from the long list you had, same price range, please. Because ZMF is not as comfortable, and still held its value, it's clear they have something there (maybe they headphone better? I regret not having the chance to test them, as much as I hunted them down) .


And I see you have the Trafomatic Head 2 in your signature . Did you use it for theT1' s and Elite' s? What's your impression? What DAC does it input it?
