I'm building a META42 using tangent's PCB. I'm omitting D1, D2 and the LED, at least initially. It looks like from the schematic that I need a jumper where D2 would be or I have an open circuit. Is this correct?

The schematic wasn't correct in that detail w.r.t the board. The way the board actually works is, the switch pads cross D2. So, if you use D2, the switch is pointless; connecting the switch pads doesn't affect anything.

I've updated the schematic to be more accurate.
