Looking at tangent's guidlines and the supply of resistors currently on hand, I can populate thus:

R3 330
R4 2.21k

R5 2k or 2.21k
R6 100k

for a gain of ~6.6.

Do I create any problems having R4 and R5 this close (or the same)?

Also, what resistors above 100k are good to have on hand for continued amp play?

I'm surrently making my first multiloop amp, and these are the values I'm using for an overall gain of ~10 (because of crossfeed):

R3: 510
R4: 5100
R5: 5100
R6: 620K

From Tangent's notes, it's not the difference between R4 & R5 which is critical, it's R3 & R5, where R5 should be 5-10 times R3. I'm doing the same as you, with R4 & R5 identical...

the best investment you can get is a resistor kit... i got a big bag of E24 values all the way from 10R to 1M for £13, all good quality TruOhm 1% jobs... even for other electronics, resistors kits are well worth it!
