Nice job, JMT! Very professional, and a very cool volume knob!

But where the heck did you find those cool battery clips? The only ones I've been able to find are the cruddy Radio Shack ones...

The batter clips I found at Fry's and at a local electronics supply store here in Sacto. They run $3.00 each.

The AD823 are my preference for now. When I used the 8620s I had right channel problems. I am sure that was due to my soldering of the chip to the adapter.
