If I quote a message and then delete all of the blank lines after the quote the cursor will get stuck inside of the quote block with no way to create new blank lines after the quote block.  The only way out of that situation is to go to source view and figure out where the end of the proper DIV block is and manually type in something new in the right place to create a new line after the quote block.
 
If I have to go into source view to do something that basic then the editor is not doing its job.  I should never have to go to source view for basic editing.  I should never have to look at the HTML to do basic editing.
