Meridian explorer2 stopped working after three weeks! what should i do

Hello, i bought a meridian explorer 2 in the U.S about three weeks ago, i used a couple of times came back to my country (Perú) used a two more times and suddently it stoped working, i just connected  and didnt truned on, it did not fall or anything, what should i do? i tried to contact meridian but they dont answer my email, does anybody know what could have happened? or any idea of how to manage the situation? i can't accept loosing 300 bucks so fast.

I live in Japan and bought Meridian Explorer2 through US Amazon. And the similar thing happened to me. Explorer2 died after having used a couple of times. I first contacted Meridian in UK and was advised to contact the reseller I had bought it from, which I did.
The US reseller, Todd The Vinyl Junkie (TTVJ Audio) by name, responded quickly & nicely and immediately shipped a new replacement Explorer2 to me. So I'd suggest you contact the reseller you bought it from and tell them what happened to your Explorer2.
