Speaking if the M7, does anyone have the X3iii for comparison? I know the M and X DAP lines are different but the M7 should at least sound as good as the X3iii right?
Dear friend,@FiiO
There are some translation bugs in the german fw. Which address should I use to fwd the correct translated words?

Thank you!Dear friend,
Thanks for the kind report. You could send email to support@fiio.net about that.
Best regards
https://twister6.com/2018/05/30/first-detailed-look-at-shanling-m0/I have just spent some time checking out the Shanling M0 and it looks pretty cool. IT looks to have all the features of the M7 except the FM radio and should be about half the price. Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to check out M0 and compare it to this M7? M0 cost wise looks to be about what I had hoped the M7 would be and maybe even a little less. Will be keeping an eye on the both and hope to audition them both at some point at least just to say I gave Fiio a fair shake.

but this thing has a lot of power, and more. It can drive LCD-MX4 at maximum volume,
Lets not send the wrong signals here George - its essentially a reasonably low powered device which is ideal for IEMs, earbuds and headphones which are not high impedance, or have low sensitivity.
Output power:
≥70mW(16Ω / THD+N<1%)
≥40mW(32Ω /THD+N<1%)
Peak output voltage:
3.35 Vp-p
And the MX4 was designed to be powered by low power devices (20 ohm, 105dB/1mW) - so thats why you can drive it.
Agreed, but not everything I have can drive it, so it is an accomplishment,
