I'm quite frankly amazed that no one has started a new thread on these. I was waiting and waiting and decided to start one myself.

so, here's the deal - Meelec decided to make a dual dynamic iem with a crossover. Judging from the pressrelease, it will be quite bassy but at the same time clean sounding iem. also, it seems that they are considered another flagship besides a161 so they should sound pretty good.

and here's the picture of the iem itself:

there are two other pics that can be downloaded here not much to see there, but still better than nothing.

so, what are your thoughts guys? I think, it should be pretty good mid-fi kind of iem :)

Thanks very much for pointing these out. The two other pics would make a great desktop.  Trying to figure out what's going on there where the two exactly fit. They both in the silver vented assembly?
 Word of a pricerange anyone?

Interesting indeed...

Both of the DD IEM that I have, IE800 and Tandem are both excellent, I was going to try Maxell's DD600 but decided not to as its DBA700 is not very good at all, on the other hand, Meelec makes an excellent IEM and this surely will be in my list to purchase when released, as long as they don't charge too much...
