My CW31 buds recently had an accident and I need to replace them.

A bit of history: my favorite on-the-go IEM is the Denon AH-C551, sadly discontinued. I then picked up the Meelec CW31, which I have enjoyed as well, until they broke.

I'm looking to replace them, possibly with another CW31. I see the CW31 for $25, as well as the DUNU Trident for $39. Thoughts? I'm looking for a set around $30-40 with clarity and warmth, and a full low end.

Thank

Edit: I just discovered the RHA MA-350 - how do these compare to the Trident?

I personally would go Dunu Trident over MEE C31.

thanks for the response - is there any specific aspect the Trident does better than the CW31 that puts it on top?

This would be from memory as my CW31 are no longer working.  But overall, the Trident seemed to be an upgrade in just about all aspects. They are a v-shaped signature vs a warm one.

I have not you may also want to look into Brainwavz of AstroTec.

Would the AstroTec AM90 or Brainwavz M5 be better than the Trident? Build quality and comfort for long listening periods are two things I highly value, and I'm looking for clarity and warmth, with a full low end. Thank you!

I would go either M5 or Trident depending on how deep you want the V.  All can be worn for a while.  The Trident is better built, as is the AstroTec.
