Got a P1 a few days ago. Comming from Fidue A73, after about 40h burn in i like the Stage and Isolation, but iam missing warmth, some shimmer and precision, especially in the bass. Thinking of retourniert this cans... .

I am in love of P1's SQ with Comply, but a little bit more bass would be perfect. And also I prefer silicon tips die to durability.
I have a strange feel Ing with stock tips like the pressure inside my ear canal is increased. I have never felt that with other IEMs. Using Comply solves the problem but I am still curious about these tips.

I suggest trying them with Spiral Dots - they help with the bass, and I think they're very comfortable.

Hi,

Anyone could suggest me some good DAP or portable DAC/Amp to pair up with the P1?

I actually own Dragonfly Black, but this pairing is sounding a bit thin, especially in the mids and treble...

I’ve heard good things about iBasso DX80 and Shanling M2s to pair up with P1, but there is a plenty of stuff on the market and it’s a bit confusing (Cayin N3, Pioneer XDP-300R, Fiio X5iii, Cayin N5ii, Fiio Q5, Fiio Q1 Mkii, Fiio X7Mkii...).

Thanks for your help!

Good to know, thanks!
The treble Isn't sounding too energetic on the M3s with the P1?

Thanks,
That's what I was expecting about the N5ii.
I will take a look at the Shanling M2s or M3s...

Chesky Records on Spotify --> Fiio E10K w/bass boost switch on --> Pinnacle P1

Brings a smile to my face considering its performance at its price. Try 'Isn't She Lovely' from Livingston Taylor, 'All Your Love (Turned To Passion)' by Sara K and 'Far Away' by Carla Lother.

Hi. Which iems are considered as upgrade from these while having the same level of comfort?

Hmm, that's quite a tough one I'd say. The P1 performs quite nicely as it is, but if you start looking at multi drivers you'd sure find an upgrade. Price will also play a large role.
I just got the DUNU Falcon-C today, but I didn't buy them as an upgrade. I've barely listened for 10 minutes, and I quite like them. Good comfort as well (so far), and bass is more impactful on these as far as I've heard. They're also just a single dynamic driver but they're easier to drive. Different iems but both are very good. I am looking at getting a multi driver like the upcoming DUNU DK-4001 next, but I am in no rush.

Anyone here with the PX? Probably relevant to P1 as well actually.

I tried the standard cable on other iems and noticed they sounded awful with that cable. I used the cable with the mic, I have the non-mic cable too, but haven't tried that one. Needed an extra cable for another iem, but with such performance this cable just won't do.
Can anyone confirm?

Tried the PX with another cable, but couldn't confirm if things improved for them. Just wonder if this cable isn't actually trash.
